New and used caravans are for sale and pitches are for rent if you already have a static caravan of your own and would like to move to a different caravan park. Contact Ian for availability.

Come to see us as we are very different from other parks. We are a very select private caravan park with no club house!

If we have an empty pitch then we will find a caravan to meet your requirements e.g. 2 or 3 bedrooms, double glazed, central heating etc. 12 foot wide pitches are available.

No sub-letting of caravans are permitted.

We do not have an age limit on your caravan, however we do have expectations that your caravan is kept in a good well maintained condition.

Dogs are permitted at the discretion of the Park Owners.

Each caravan is surrounded by grass and most pitches have small gardens.

All Pitches are fully serviced with Electric, water & waste disposal.

Gas is bottled & charged separately.

Pitch fees for 2024 are £3000.00 Vat Inclusive and there is an option to pay by direct debit.

Electric meters have been fitted to each caravan pitch and electric is charged at the end of each season at the tariff that is received by the caravan park.

Wifi is available via 4G mobile data. O2 or Vodafone works at Nant Alyn.
Tvs, Tablets etc can be ran by an O2 or Vodafone broadband mobile hub; which can be purchased at a low cost from Vodafone or O2 shop or Pc World.
